本線由Y-GP供瓶機、Y-GX滾筒超聲波洗瓶機、Y-GS液體灌裝加塞機及Y-GZ軋蓋機組成，能自動完成理瓶、輸瓶、洗瓶、灌裝上塞、理蓋、上蓋、軋蓋封口等工序，*符合GMP要求。組成聯(lián)動線的設備亦可單獨使用。

控制系統(tǒng)靈敏，性能穩(wěn)定，操作便捷；sensitive control system, stable performance, and easy operation連續(xù)進出瓶方式，無擠瓶、倒瓶現(xiàn)象；continuously bottle feeding and out- feeding, no bottle jam, no bottle fallen灌裝機配有計量泵微調裝置，計量精度高，調節(jié)方便；fine adjustment for filling pump, high filling accuracy, easy adjust星型轉盤更換快捷，操作簡單；star-wheel can be changed easily, simple operation封蓋頭（旋蓋頭或軋蓋頭）可任意更換，以適應不同瓶蓋（塑料蓋或鋁蓋）；capping head can be changed to fit plastic or aluminum, or other different type of cap封蓋頭高度可調，以適應不同高度瓶子；capping head’s height can be adjusted to treat different bottle from short to long所有與瓶子及藥液接觸部分均采用高品質AISI304或AISI316不銹鋼及其他FDA許可的材料制造，符合GMP要求。All the part contact with bottle or medicine liquid is made of SS AISI304 or SS AISI316, or the material comply with FDA, and GMP.
